Fitness Concepts has been changing minds and bodies for over 18 years. We offer a menu of classes and training options that offer personal attention for each participant. Christie Thrasher-Rudd, founder of Fitness Concepts, is well known for her specialty aerobic classes such as "Butts and Guts". Other classes include step aerobics, Pilates and Yoga.

The newest class is Rowbics, an indoor rowing class designed for men and women of all fitness levels. Fitness Concepts is proud to introduce this new and innovative workout, first popularized in California, to the Midwest.

Fitness Concepts also serves as the winter home of the Indianapolis Rowing Center high school and Masters programs and is the sponsor of the Indianapolis Indoor Rowing Championships.

In addition to classes, Fitness Concepts offers personal training available from several staff members.



MINI MARATHON TRAINING
Our Running/Walking Program is a 16-week training for women of all ages and experience levels who wish to participate in group walk or runs, valuable group seminars and individual coaching. Whether you plan to take part in the upcoming Mini Marathon this May 8th or not, our program is the perfect opportunity to make walking, running and training properly a permanent and enjoyable part of your life. An open information session will be held January 20th at Fitness Concepts.
