Bloody Mondays - An intense cardio workout that combines combos on and off the step as well as incorporating weights and toning equipment.
Mondays at 6:10 am

Butts & Guts - Our popular "butts and guts" class is designed to strengthen and define by using a combination of your own resistance, weights and tubing with interval bursts of cardio.
Saturdays at 8:30 am

Butts, Guts, & Balls - Our popular "butts and guts" class with an added ball routine, to pump up your workout!
Wednesdays at 9:00 am

Spin-tervals - Eldad leads the group in intervals of spinning, weights and abs. Spin-tervals combines spinning, bodywork and stretching set to lively music for a great, fun one hour workout. Each Spin-terval class begins with a lively 15 minutes of spinning followed by 15 minutes of upper body and light weight work. Then it's back on the bikes for 15 minutes followed by 15 minutes of ab and lower body work and stretching. The tempo and exercise changes make the time fly by and you’re guaranteed to get a fantastic workout. Space is limited, so don't be late!
Fridays at 9:00 am

Fit and 50+ - A class designed with mid-life participants in mind. This will be a fun, fitness, and friends focused class as we move to music to improve muscular strength and flexibility. Our goal is to improve daily living by using light hand weights, resistance tubing and small balls. All levels of exercisers are welcome. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced moves will be included.
Mondays & Wednesdays at 10:15 am

P.O.W Cardio – Personal training in a group setting. Be ready to pump, lift, squat, and lunge your way to a firmer body.
Mondays at 9:00 am

Intro to Rowing - A free open to the public introduction to Indoor Rowing. Come try it out a half hour before any Rowbics class.

Rowbics - Gives you complete body strength training combined with aerobic and anaerobic exercise all in one fun workout.
Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:00 pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:00 am

Step Interval - Step Interval is the perfect combination of step aerobics and weights. It's a fabulous class for the person wanting an overall cardiovascular and toning workout.
Fridays at 6:10 am, Sundays at 8:10 am

Yoga - A powerful dynamic movement format based in Vinyasa Flow but drawing from many types of Yoga.
Sundays at 9:15 am

Fitness Concepts welcomes the Indianapolis Rowing Center Practices to our gym this winter.
Juniors: Monday - Friday at 4:00pm
Masters: Tuesday & Thursday at 6pm, Saturday at 10am
