Group Training Programs for Women
January 20 - May 5, 2010
Our Running/Walking Program is a 16-week training for women of all ages and experience levels who wish to
participate in group walk or runs, valuable group seminars and individual coaching.
Whether you plan to take part in the upcoming Mini Marathon this May 8th or not, our program is the
perfect opportunity to make walking, running and training properly a permanent and enjoyable part of your
life. An open information session will be held January 20th at Fitness Concepts.
