Christie Thrasher-Rudd - Christie started Fitness Concepts 18 years ago and has become known for her signature specialty aerobics classes such as "Butts & Guts" & Bloody Mondays. Christie also offers personal training, Pilates and other classes.

Deborah Stoll - Deborah is a rower who credits Fitness Concepts for getting her back on the road to fitness 11 years ago. Deborah's staff specialty is marketing, communications & partnerships.

Eric Stoll - Eric is also a rower and coach and most recently served as the director of the Indianapolis Rowing Center. Eric coordinates the Rowbics classes and fills in as an instructor when needed.


Emma Preuschl - A graduate of Purdue University, Emma's recent professional experience was spent in a community nutrition setting at the Women's Infants and Children Program where she was trained as a Lactation Specialist. Her passion for life however lies in Rowing and Sports Nutrition. Her role as a personal trainer and nutrition consultant at Fitness Concepts is a perfect fit. Emma's goal as a personal trainer is to design personalized dynamic workouts that build self esteem. She specializes in working with special population groups; weight loss, aging athletes, adolescents and heart disease. Emma's personal experience as an elite athlete and seasoned competitor allows her to better understand glory and the determination it takes to achieve one's nutrition and fitness goals.

Eldad Malka - Eldad is an ACE certified personal trainer with over six years experience, originally from Israel. He believes that fitness is for everyone, from children discovering a new talent to parents trying to squeeze in a workout on their lunch hour to grandparents rediscovering the joys of physical activity. His goal is to help each client find their own way to be active and live their healthiest possible life.

Darin Demoray - Darin has 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. He offers private, semi-private and small group personal training. Darin is available in our 3,000 square foot facility or for your convenience in your home.

Kim Blanchet - Kim has been teaching classes at Fitness Concepts for four years. Her specialty is the Step Interval aerobics class.

Sam Blandina - Sam has spent ten years doing yoga and eight years as an instructor with over 1,000 hours in teaching time. Come join us at Fitness Concepts for an hour plus of power. Namaste.

Caryn Atkinson - Caryn is an all around athlete who began rowing three years ago. Caryn began with indoor rowing and teaches Rowbics.

Cassandra Pixey - Cassandra has been teaching aerobics and fitness classes for 11 years. She is excited to add Rowbics to her repertoire. Cassey spends her days as the Director of Cultural Arts at the JCC.

Shawn Dresser - Shawn took up rowing five years ago and fell in love with the sport. When she can't be rowing on Eagle Creek, she's at Fitness Concepts teaching Rowbics.

Whitney Meyer - Whitney coaches the Indy Rowing High School Men's team. She brings her experience as a rower and coach to Rowbics.

Cheryl Hein - Cheryl is Fitness Concept's business manager. She can be found at the front desk most weekday mornings. Contact her with any questions.

Caroline Thee - Caroline is Fitness Concept's assistant business manager and a student at Chatard High School. Her specialty is the Fitness Concepts clothing displays.

Robin Walthery Allen – Robin is our webmaster and graphic designer. She can frequently be found at the Wednesday night Rowbics class and Sunday morning Yoga.
